Our Terms & Conditions

1. Sessions & Packages

All personal training sessions must be booked in advance.

Packages must be paid for in full prior to the first session unless otherwise agreed.

Sessions are 60 minutes unless stated otherwise.

2. Payments

Payments can be made via bank transfer.

Packages are non-transferable and non-shareable.

All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

If your trainer cancels for any reason, your session will be rescheduled at no cost.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.

If you are more than [15] minutes late without notice, the session may be cancelled and counted as a no-show.

5. Refund Policy

Training packages are non-refundable once sessions have begun.

Refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for medical or exceptional circumstances.

6. Expiration of Packages

All sessions/packages must be used within 6 months of the purchase date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Health & Safety

All clients must complete a health and fitness questionnaire (PAR-Q) before starting any training.

It is your responsibility to inform the trainer of any injuries, illnesses, or changes in health.

The studio is not liable for injuries sustained due to undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow guidance.

8. Commitment & Results

Results depend on consistent effort inside and outside the studio.

Your trainer will provide full support and guidance, but ultimate responsibility for progress lies with the client.

9. Privacy

All client information will be kept confidential and handled in accordance with data protection regulations.
